Those are highly adaptive traits in our civilization but might be maladaptive in a civilization geared to function well for beings that are majority autistic.
Also it is clear that the few % of autistic people are a valuable part of our civilization or evolution would have evolved those genes away long ago.
So autistic people play a valuable role in our society.
Similarly a majority autistic civilization might function better with a few percent that are non autistic and socialize a lot more.
It will be interesting if we ever meet Extraterrestrials whether they have traits like autisim and non autistic beings.

The US has a different system from Ukraine. It has had two war-time presidential elections. The 1812 election was held during the 1812 war with Britian.
Then the 1864 election was remarkable - it was held during the US civil war. The Confederate states didn't vote as they had seceded. The territories between the West and East coast weren't eligible to vote. Abraham Lincoln was re-elected easily.
The main change since then is the 22nd amendment which introduces term limits.
Trump doesn't have any Federal level martial law to declare. Trump can't declare war either.
That is by Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. Only Congress can declare that the country is at war. That happened most recently in WW2. It didn't declare war for the Vietnam war. The other major wars were fought under Congressional authorizations of force or resolutions rather than formal declarations of war: Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
But when the US is at war, whether declared as war or not, the elections continue as normal.
Indeed the US is very different from most democracies. Though Congress can make small changes in the election date with new laws, the length of the election process means it can't be later than November and the only way to change the inauguration date is through a constitutional amendment which can be blocked by a majority vote in one chamber in just 13 states. So that won't happen.
The inauguration dates are regular like clockwork in the USA. Trump leaves office on midday 20th Jan 2029. He can't serve for a third term either and the term limit is set in the Constitution too.

No that's jumbled up news. It is just about PragerU's Founders Museum which is AI generated founding fathers saying anachronistic things which you can hear if you do a tour of the White House. Put in place on June 25th this year.

It isn't really a change of position. It's just that it is reported in different ways. Ukraine has always been prepared to recognize a new boundary "de facto". Just recognizing that they can't get it back by force.
What it can't do without a referendum is to cede territory to Russia "de jure" i.e. as part of law.
That remains unchanged.
